At the present time we conduct all our fundraising via the platform JustGiving. Whilst the exact items which funds are utilised for varies between different projects, these will always be detailed on both the fundraising page (on JustGiving) and on the Project Page (on our website). These may be listed as ‘Sleeping Bags’ in the case of our annual Sleep Warm project. We will always aim to give precise numbers for how many items we are aiming to procure for each project, and this will be listed in the same areas. At times we may fall short of this number for reasons out of our control, such as increased shipping charges. As well as securing items for distributions, a small amount of funds are spent on furthering the program and the Organisation, such as on marketing. This intern leads to more funds being secured so it a positive investment.

When producing kits, such as our ‘New to Street Packs’ for Project Urban Aid, we will often order the different elements in packs, meaning they may come in different quantities. For example, face masks may come in a pack of fifty, but bowls may come in a pack of six. We will always aim to order as close to the quantity needed, and should we have any spares we will either store them for a future program, or distribute them to a partner organisation who may be able to use them, such as a homeless shelter.

Should we have any funds left over, usually due to this varying order quantities, these funds are carried forward to the next similar program. For example, any funds left over from Sleep Warm-2 were carried forward to Sleep Warm-3.
